I'm writing to you from the Scottish Express to ask whether Public Health Scotland kept notes and minutes as part of organising the health and well-being census. We asked the Scottish Government and they didn't have any.
We are requesting the notes and minutes of meetings as part of organising the health and well-being census. Specifically the meetings relating to the creation and discussion of the questions that would be included in the census.
