• Any extension options available (and whether exercised)

 

3. Equipment Estate
Please confirm:
• Approximate number of MFDs
• Approximate number of desktop printers
• Whether a central print room facility is in operation

 

4. Procurement Route
Please confirm:
• The procurement method used (e.g. direct award, further competition, open tender)
• If via framework, the name of the framework utilised

 

5. Print Management Software
Please confirm whether print management software is in use (e.g. PaperCut, uniFLOW, Equitrac, etc.), and if so, which solution.

6. Policies/Compliance
Please confirm:
• Whether there is a formal print/scan/reprographics policy
• Any environmental, sustainability, or accessibility standards applied in print services
• Whether internal audits or reviews of print services are conducted

7. Annual Volume
Please confirm the organisations:
• Mono Print/Copy Volume per annum
