“I request the following information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
1. The latest version (2016) of Public Health Scotland’s Equality, Diversity and Human Rights Policy and evidence of its regular review as stipulated in Point 11, pp13 of the document. ‘This policy will be reviewed, in partnership, by NHS Health Scotland on a 3 year basis to ensure that it remains fit for purpose and to enable NHS Health Scotland to demonstrate adherence to the Equality, Diversity and Human Rights PIN policy.’
If the Equality, Diversity and Human Rights Policy (2016) has been superseded by the Once for Scotland Policy, expected from the Scottish Government, I request a copy of it too.”
