“I realise my request was based on an implicit understanding that the data on average length of service I asked for would be meaningless without the context of employee headcounts alongside each of the answers provided. For that reason I submit a formal request for that information – the employee headcounts alongside each of the answers provided - to be provided. I recognise this will represent a new FoI request”.
