“I am writing to request data regarding General Practitioner (GP) practice list sizes in Scotland for the period spanning January 2000 to January 2014 inclusive.
While I am aware that practice list size data from 2015 onwards is available via the NHS Scotland Open Data platform, I have been unable to locate granular, practice-level data for the years prior to this.
Information Requested: Please provide a list of all GP practices in Scotland for the month of January for each year from 2000 to 2014.
For each year and each practice, please include the following fields:
GP Practice Code (5-digit code)
GP Practice Name
GP Practice Address (including Postcode if available) NHS Board Total Patient List Size (Number of registered patients)”
