“Under the Freedom of Information Act (2002), please may I request the following information regarding delays in your Emergency Department(s).For each month of January to December 2025:
Please inform us of the number of patients that waited 12 hours or more each month from their time of arrival in a Type 1 Emergency Department in Scotland with mental health as a primary diagnosis from HES and ECDS coding.
Please can we also have the total number of patients each month that attended a Type 1 Emergency Department in Scotland with mental health as a primary diagnosis from HES and ECDS coding”.
