“I would like to request the monthly prescribing data for all prescriptions of a 3g oral dose of amoxicillin (either a 3g sachet or sugar free powder, or 6 x 500mg tablets/capsules of amoxicillin) and a 600mg oral dose of clindamycin (either 4 x150mg tablets/capsules or 2 x 300mg tablets/capsules) in Scotland by dentists, GPs, nurse practitioners, pharmacists and others for the period from January 1998 through April 2008.”
