I am trying to obtain a list of every GP Surgery in Scotland who have used and/or prescribed a particular product within the last twelve months. If possible, the list would include the name and postal address of each GP Surgery. The product for which I am seeking this information is called Stericlens Saline Spray 100ml and 240ml. The product is only available in the sizes of 100ml and 240ml. Thank you in anticipation of your assistance and should you require any further information please let me know.
