PUBLIC HEALTH SURVEILLANCE, HEALTH PROTECTION AND POPULATION HEALTH
BRUCE HOTEL, EAST KILBRIDE
Reference: This is a new request made under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, I request the following information relating to the Bruce Hotel, 70 to 74 Glasgow Road, East Kilbride, for the period from the date the property first began being used to accommodate asylum seekers, refugees or individuals seeking to remain or settle in the United Kingdom under Home Office accommodation arrangements until the date of this letter.
Please provide:
Copies of any Health Impact Assessments relating to the Bruce Hotel.
Copies of any Public Health Risk Assessments.
Copies of any Health Protection risk assessments.
Copies of any outbreak management plans.
Details of any confirmed or suspected infectious disease outbreaks.
Details of vaccination programmes delivered to residents.
Annual and monthly vaccination uptake figures.
Copies of any public health advice issued to NHS Lanarkshire, the Home Office or the accommodation provider.
Copies of any reports concerning communicable diseases.
Details of screening programmes undertaken.
Details of any enhanced surveillance undertaken.
Copies of any partnership meeting minutes involving Public Health Scotland relating to the Bruce Hotel.
Copies of any correspondence with the Scottish Government, NHS Lanarkshire, UK Health Security Agency or the Home Office concerning the Bruce Hotel.
Details of any public health funding provided.
Copies of any audits, evaluations or reviews undertaken.
Copies of any Equality Impact Assessments.
Copies of any Community Impact Assessments.
Details of any recommendations issued by Public Health Scotland regarding healthcare provision at the Bruce Hotel.
Where any requested information is not held, please identify the organisation most likely to hold it.
Please confirm whether Public Health Scotland has ever exercised any oversight, advisory or monitoring role in relation to health services provided at the Bruce Hotel and, if so, provide copies of any associated reports or advice.
