Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, please can your organization reveal how many people in Scotland who tested positive for Covid-19 via the PCR and Lateral Flow Tests had symptoms at the time that they took their tests and how many people who took the tests at the time did not have any symptoms at all between the date period of 1st January 2022 and 8th March 2022, if not within a lesser range of date and time?
