- Could you supply the Colorectal cancer survival rates in Scotland per year (calendar or financial) from 2012 up until and including 2022?
- Could you supply the Cost per Treated patient (in Scotland) by Ostomy Type (All Dispensers) for the financial year ending 2017 and for the financial year ending 2021?
- Could you supply the Cost per Treated patient (in Scotland) by Ostomy Type and by dispenser for the financial year ending 2017 and for the financial year ending 2021?(ie Dispensing Appliance Contractor, Community Pharmacy and Dispensing Doctor)
- Could you provide the Cost per Treated Patient by Ostomy Type, by Age, by Dispenser Type for the financial year ending 2017 and for the financial year ending 2021?
- Could you provide the Percentage of Patients Dispensed Out with Prescribing Guidelines by Ostomate Type for the financial year ending 2017 and for the financial year ending 2021? (This is the percentage of patients dispensed stoma bags, which are either over or under the prescribing guidelines (ASCN) limit for each ostomate type)
- Could you provide the annual spend for Appliance Contractor dispensing, customisation and delivery fees (this is one global figure) per year (calendar or financial) from 2012 up until and including 2022?
