Please could you give me the rates of COVID-19 cases, hospitalisations and deaths per 100,000 population by vaccination status for the months of November 2021 to June 2022? Please also define "unvaccinated". If this includes those who have had their first vaccine in the previous 14 days, please include them in the "vaccinated" figures for the purposes of this request.
