“1. How many deaths per annum occur in Scotland in total? [AND]
- How many deaths in Scotland can be linked to Thrombosis in all its forms per annum. [AND]
- Can you please supply the figures requested in questions 1 and.2 for each year from 2007 up to the most recently available. [AND]
- Can you supply the figures asked in questions 1 and 2 broken down by Health Board in Scotland. [AND]
- Can you supply the figures requested in questions 1 and 2 by sex and also by age i.e. up to 5 years and each 5 year bracket subsequent up to 80 years old.”
