1-Can you tell me of all 653 adverse events how many were followed up/investigated further by PHS and what was the procedure?
2-Of the 39 deaths listed on 'clinical suspicion' does this mean all reports of death were submitted by a healthcare professional (vaccinator/doctor/nurse etc) within days or weeks of a COVID vaccination?
3- If there is no follow up to reports how is it determined that ''the deaths were not necessarily attributed to vaccine'‘?
