“You previously responded to me in relation to COVID-19 being a vaccine preventable disease with the following:

''As Public Health Scotland does not hold the information you requested, a formal notice Section 17(1) - Information not held applies to your request, under the Freedom of Information Scotland Act (2002).''

Yet in your report 'A Scotland where everybody thrives' it states ''fewer people, especially those in our most deprived communities, getting vaccine-preventable diseases like COVID-19''.

The WHO link from prior foi also does not specify that COVID-19 is a vaccine preventable disease only that the vaccines are used to ''provide benefits against severe disease in high-risk groups.''

Therefore what data are you basing the statement ''fewer people, especially those in our most deprived communities, getting vaccine-preventable diseases like COVID-19''?”
