“Has Public Health Scotland conducted or commissioned any investigations, studies, or reviews into potential harms or adverse effects associated with COVID-19 vaccines administered in Scotland?

 If so, please provide:

  • Details of each investigation, study, or review, including the scope, methodology, and findings.
  • Copies of any reports, summaries, or related documents (or links to publicly available documents).

Has Public Health Scotland engaged with individuals who have reported injuries or adverse effects attributed to COVID-19 vaccines? If so, please provide:

  • Details of the nature and extent of this engagement (e.g., meetings, surveys, correspondence, or support programs).
  • Any policies, protocols, or guidelines governing engagement with individuals reporting vaccine-related harms.
  • A summary of outcomes or actions taken as a result of such engagement.

If no investigations or engagements as described above have taken place, please confirm this and provide any reasons or rationale documented by Public Health Scotland for not pursuing such activities.”
