“I recently made the below FOI request to NSS and they’ve suggested trying yourselves as they don’t hold the data. If there’s anything here you can tell me, it’d be much appreciated. If you’re able to confirm if the helpline mentioned below was operated by PHS as well (or who did operate it) that’d be great, but it’s obviously not a part of my FOI request.
1b. When the Covid-19 help line was active, how many individuals reached out to that service with concerns that their Covid-19 vaccination may have been connected to a health condition they’d developed since its administration? And is any data held on which conditions/illnesses people were raising concerns about.”
