Changes to COVID-19 reporting

As part of our continuous review of reporting, Public Health Scotland (PHS) has now implemented some changes to our COVID-19 statistical report and Daily Dashboard.

The new look PHS COVID-19 and Winter Weekly Report has published for the first time today. Each Wednesday, the refocused report will support the reader in drawing insights from a wider range of existing metrics around COVID-19 and winter pressures.

In another change, we have moved to 5-day (Monday to Friday) reporting of the PHS COVID-19 Daily Dashboard, with weekend trend data now being reported on a Monday.

Headline figures will remain available on the Scottish Government website (external website) 7 per days a week.
