Description
The PHS Board maintains a register of members’ interests. Members are asked to declare any financial or other interests for themselves and any related parties, which are regarded as relevant and material to the Board’s business.
The interests that Board members must register are set out in line with the Schedule to The Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000 (Register of Interests) Regulations 2003 and with the NHS Public Health Scotland Board Members Code of Conduct.
