This report presents an evaluation of the report Transport Poverty: a public health issue published by the Public Health and Sustainable Transport Partnership in 2024, which defined transport poverty as a lack of transport options that are Available, Reliable, Affordable, Accessible and Safe.
The evaluation report presents findings of a survey of members of the partnership and learning network and themes from interviews with professionals who reported using the transport poverty report in their work.
The evaluation aimed to identify how it was used by partners and what helped and hindered its use to inform policy and practice.
