Enhanced Surveillance of Covid-19 in Scotland - Population-based seroprevalence surveillance previously pre announced weekly has been paused until further notice, the last report was 3 August 2022. Results presented covered the phase of the project between week commencing 20 April 2020, when the first programme samples were received, up to and including week beginning 27 June 2022, when funding for this period ended. Continuation of the programme is currently being discussed between PHS and their Scottish Government colleagues in the relevant policy areas.
The Emergency Care Activity Annual publication due for release on 12th July 2022 is being rescheduled to 13th September 2022 to allow a new and more interactive format.
The Scottish and European Health for All database due for release on 16 November 2021 has been postponed to allow more time for data quality checking and to improve its usability.
The Dementia benchmarking toolkit pre announced for 29 March has been discontinued. Following a consultation it was concluded that it was no longer meeting user needs. It is proposed that a new information release will be developed in collaboration with stakeholders and be set in the current service delivery and policy context.
The Audit of Critical Care in Scotland report due for release in August 2022 has been postponed till September 2022 to allow more time for accuracy checking following a technical issue.
