As part of the evaluation of the COVID-19 vaccination programme, Public Health Scotland conducted a survey in March 2021 to explore the attitudes and experience of the frontline health and social care workforce. The survey received responses from over 7000 staff members from across Scotland.

This report covers the results of this survey, including questions on:

  • employment
  • COVID-19 exposure
  • attitudes towards COVID-19
  • factors which influenced whether they got vaccinated
  • experiences of the vaccination process
  • how the programme could be improved
