Description
Following a call for an independent review of the structure, function and deliverables of the Scottish Health Protection Network (SHPN), a review team was established to assess the effectiveness of the current structure and operation of the SHPN against its stated aims and objectives, consider whether the current structure best promotes shared ownership and joint working, undertake an inventory of current resources, and map current resource against any amended structure or ways of working to identify any gaps in resource or expertise.
